Registration is easy!

To register for a program:

1. Fill out and submit this online registration
2. Download, print and mail in registration form, medical evaluation and participant agreement
3. Pay 25% deposit online or by check

Please register via mail by sending us your completed registration form, medical evaluation and participant agreement and a check to hold your spot*.

*In the event that you are being put on the waiting list we will notify you. No news is good news.

Note: You may use this form to register more than one participant from the same household, however all participants must share the same contact information and must be registering for the same program. If not please complete and send in separate forms.

Program

1. Regular Day Camp
   Ages: 4 - 13
   Full days, 9:30am - 3:30pm
   Monday through Thursday for three weeks
   June 30 - July 17, 2008
   $590 per child (10% discount for 2nd child, 40% for 3rd)
2. Parent/Tot Camp HALF DAY, TWO DAYS / WEEK
   Ages: 3 - 4
   Half days, 9:30am - 12:30pm
   Tuesdays & Thursdays for three weeks
   June 30 - July 17, 2008
   $180 per child (10% discount for 2nd child, 40% for 3rd)

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Deposit Policy: A minimum 25% deposit is due when registering for a program. Full payment is required two weeks prior to the start of the program.

Household Discount Policy: A second member of the same household registering for the same program will receive a 10% discount off the regular program fee. A third member of the same household registering for the same program will receive a 40% discount off the regular program fee. Discounts will be applied to final balance.

Confirmation Letter: Prior to the start of a program, you will receive a confirmation letter with instructions for and directions to the program.

Cancellation Policy: Participants canceling 72 hours or more before the first day of a program begins will receive a full refund or program credit. Cancellations from 24 hours - 72 hours prior to a program receive 50% program credit, 50% balance forfeited. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to a program will receive no credit or refund.

Scholarships: A limited number of need based scholarships are available. Please include a short letter describing your needs and include it with your medical evaluation and participant agreement.

Program Status: If you are wondering if a program may be cancelled due to weather, please call our office at 845-256-9830 to check on the status of the program.

*Please download (from our website, wildearthprograms.org), print & complete a Medical/Release Form and include it with your program registration form and payment. Your registration is complete when we have received both forms and payment.
